In the past more than 20 years, Interior 46 Design built a name as a leader in its field and is a proven and preferred partner in the furniture production. The main objective of the company is to meeting the wishes and needs of its customers.
Company History
As a result of political changes in the country and the new possibility for private business Dimitar Velikov decided to create a company with activity - furniture production. For this purpose, he rent a room of 150m2 and with minimal funds equip manufacturing facility. Together with a team of two people he started up a company, which is expressed in petty services and clients - manufacture of cabinets for kitchens which do not require high-tech processing.
1992
The company creates its first products commercially available in the country - some of them are coat stand Zora, Primrose and Albena . The team is increased and by the end of the year the total number of employees is already 15 people.
1995
The company purchased its own store where displays its increased capabilities of supply. Designed and manufactured for children and teenagers are set "Daydream" "Perelik" and bedroom set "Milena", which subsequently has great success on the market.
1997
Moving to new production area of 600m2, where after suppling new machines the company goes to new phase. The production capacity increased significantly, the quality is improved and employed staff is 30 people. All this enables a stronger commercially presence. The company won the rights to sell the largest in 1998. furniture store in Bulgaria - TC "Furniture" - Sofia.
1998
The company bought an area of 19 000 m2, where began the design and construction of a new production facility. New attractive models are created - bedroom set "Astra", a living room modular program "Chic", kitchen modular program "Bolero" and others. During the year the company won the high market positions and began to be wanted as a supplier of many traders of furniture.
2000
Construction of own production facility is completed. Equipped with high-performance machines and equipment, the new operation site started from the beginning of the year. The number of employees increased and reached 70 people. The capacity of production increased by 60%. New products are created, one of which is the best-selling - bedroom suite "Pearl".
2004
This is the year by which "Interior 46" takes strong positions on the furniture market in Bulgaria. Suppling largest retail outlets in the country, occupying leading positions in the stores . Turnovers, compared to 2000, were increased 2 times. The modular configuration of kitchens "Bolero" evolve and takes a growing share of the production program of the company.
2006
Perform completion and equipping of the production site. Overbuilt new warehouse , where is installed equipment for automatic processing of materials and filing and submitting them to the machines. Purchase new manufacturing machinery. Implement a program for furniture design at the highest level / lmos AG - interior design software /. The number of employees reached 140 people. There are new models with fashionable design and high quality. This year the company is certified and meets global quality standard ISO 9007: 2008
2008
During the year are designed a number of new products in order to cover all price markets. The company enters into an agreement with the German company "Hettich" and star using all its latest technological achievements.
2010
Interior 46 participate at the leading furniture exhibition in Europe IMM COLOGNE. There the company impress visitors with the innovative application of paints on various surfaces. Following the successful exhibition, "Interir 46" signed a contract with the leader in the trade of furniture for Europe "Kika"
2012
At the beginning of the year, the company changed the location of its manufacturing base. The new production area is 3000 square meters, with possibility of serial flow process. During the year, the company updated its full flush and new models are created. The comapny changed its name to "Interior Design 46"
